Minutes of the meetings held on 06.12.19

Meeting  (Emergency) of the Association was held today at 11.00am and was attended by the members. Only point of agenda was the stoppage of the treatment to the pensioners by empenalled hospital M/S Asian Cancer Hospital Faridabad. After discussions it was agreed that a group of President,Genl Secy and sh S S Sharmaji should meet the authorities and sort out the problems.Meeting was held with authorities and it was amicably solved.Now the said hospital has started to give treatment to the pensioners and their families Reason for stopping the treatment was non payment/late payment of their bills by the Corporation.

Minutes of the meeting of ESIC Pensioners Welfare Association (Haryana)on 20.03.2014 aat Regional Office ESIC Sector 16 Faridabad.

        Special meeting of the Association was called on 20.03.2014 in the conference hall of the Regional Office ESIC Faridabad for launching newsmagazine of the Association. The news – magazine was named “2nd Inning”.. Sh Joginder Singh Genl Secy. Of the Pensioners Welfare Association NCR Delhi was the chief guest besides the Regional Director and Senior State Medical Commissioner Haryana.

     The meeting was attended by almost all the members. Sh.Sunil Aneja Co-Editor of the magazine welcomed the guests. The guests were welcomed by garlanding them by S/Sh.Harbans Lal,Mohan Lal, Guptaji founding members of the Association. They were also welcomed by the office bearers of the body besides s/sh/ Mohan Singh Rawat, Hoshiar Singh,S N Joshi,P L Gupta, Bhola Ram . Sh Ravi Shanker Genl.Secy. Officer’s Association Haryana also graced the occasion. Regional Director was busy so he deputed Dy Director (Adm) Sh.Ravinder Singh for the occasion.

Mr R K Sharma Genl Secy gave brief history of the Association and explained about its activities. He informed that to keep pace with the changing time Association has launched its own website where almost all the information useful to the pensioner is available. Now the magazine is being started to involve all the members in the creative activities .

Dr. Saxsena SSMC appreciated the activities of Association and offered all the help he can render to help the pensioners. Sh.Ravi Shanker Genl Secy ESIC Officer’s Association welcomed launching of the news magazine and hoped that it shall be proving both informative and entertaining.. Honourable Joginder Singhji appreciated launching the magazine by the Association. He suggested that making mention of “Yoga” chapter shall be better besides inclusion of spiritual articals.He was happy that Haryana Pensioners are engaging them in creative activities that can be example for others. Sh. Sharma Editor welcomed the suggestions.

 Sh Bhan Singh President thanked all the guests and the members and invited them for lunch. Meeting endedwith vote of thanks to the chair.
